Sandy Utah Local Pickup Policies
- By selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout, you are committing to pickup your order at an arranged time at our Sandy, Utah location. We will email or call you to arrange a convenient time. If you select this method in error or to elude being charged shipping, we cannot ship your order. In order to charge the appropriate shipping method, your order needs to be canceled and you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
- Unless otherwise stated (store closures, store down for maintenance, etc), we guarantee same-day shipping on standard orders - this means items leave our warehouse within 24 hours upon receiving payment of your order. Paid orders placed by 10:00 am MST Monday to Friday will leave our facility THAT DAY.
- If you need expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE 10:00 am (MST) and contact us by telephone.
- Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We cannot change mail to address, add to, omit, edit, cancel, make partial refunds, add in coupon codes or combine orders once they have been placed.
- If a coupon code is not working for you, please email us for assistance. We cannot add in coupon codes or refund coupon amount after order is placed.
- Occasionally we offer free shipping specials. Free ship orders may take 7–15 business days to process and will be sent via a carrier of our choice.
- We cannot guarantee shipping times. Once the item leaves our facility it is out of our control.
- Subscription Bundles include shipping costs. Cancellation of Subscription Bundle can be done by emailing or calling our office. Returning a Subscription Bundle is at customers expense. Once we receive the bundle back if it is in sell able condition, we will refund your bundle cost less our shipping costs.
Estimated Post Office (USPS) Shipping Times
- Priority Mail (U.S. only): 2-4 business days after the day the order is shipped.
- Orders placed to international destinations may select USPS shipping options. Buyer pays all duties and customs costs at their end. We do not include those costs in our shipping charges. Any refused shipments that incur shipping costs will be billed to buyer.
Sustainable & Green Practices
- We ship using reused, re-purposed and recycled materials whenever possible.
- Physical Goods (non-digital downloads): Returns are accepted on items that are unopened, undamaged and in original condition up to 30 days after purchase.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- Digital Downloads: NO RETURNS on digital downloads.
